CANCELLATION,RESCHEDULING, LATE & RETURN POLICIES

In order to reserve an appointment with one of our stylists, a non-refundable retainer will be obtained upon booking. Once this retainer is collected, and you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit this retainer as a cancellation fee. You can avoid this fee by adhering to our cancellation policy listed below.

For reoccurring reservations: We will require you to have a card on file at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel, fail to appear, or are late for your reservation, a 50% of service reserved will be charged to your card on file as a cancellation/no-show/late fee.

In order to cancel a reservation without being charged a fee, you must cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, your reservation will be rescheduled, and the cancellation/no-show/reschedule/late fee will be charged to your card on file.

COVID-19 cancellations are subject to cancellation fees.

Slate Salon does not offer any refunds on work performed or products used during your reservation. Returns of any styling products purchased in-store must be made within 10 days of purchase.
